We recently had our bathroom completely replaced by QA. I highly recommend them, from initial enquiry to completion the staff have been fantastic,  very high quality products and professional installation.  Sean from the Wolverhampton showroom has been particularly helpful,  every step of the way with advice,  support and guidance throughout the process, making regular appointments to decide every detail and checkups during installation.  All the installation team including delivery of products, electrician, tiling, plastering and fitting have been friendly,  punctual and clearly very skilled in thier specialist area. From concept to completion Q&A place the client at the heart of all they do.  Designer Sophie has been exceptional in her attention to detail and the same applies to all the team.  The installation was swift and efficient providing a finish that would grace any top end home.  Matt who undertook the renovation was an expert who gave sound advice and solutions to the concerns that arose during any significant change program. Having a bathroom makeover is a big deal, you think about it for ages and then worry that the appointed contractor is unreliable or slow, we all hear so many horror stories. So having decided now was the time to bite that bullet we called QA, they had a 'here to stay' show room in Shrewsbury and Mitchell was very quick to respond and visit our home. Designs followed within 36hrs and a few tweaks later we had a design we loved and price which was reasonable for the work involved. Matt and Mitch our fitters arrived on time and worked their socks off fed only on busicuits! What great skill they both had the transformation was completed a day early and the finished workmanship is excellent.
