Having a bathroom makeover is a big deal, you think about it for ages and then worry that the appointed contractor is unreliable or slow, we all hear so many horror stories. So having decided now was the time to bite that bullet we called QA, they had a 'here to stay' show room in Shrewsbury and Mitchell was very quick to respond and visit our home. Designs followed within 36hrs and a few tweaks later we had a design we loved and price which was reasonable for the work involved. Matt and Mitch our fitters arrived on time and worked their socks off fed only on busicuits! What great skill they both had the transformation was completed a day early and the finished workmanship is excellent. First point of contact was Shaun our designer, he did such a good job of selling us this company we signed up there and then. He designed the bathroom building it around my husbands needs. Shaun and his team were absolute professionals. Kyle our project manager, nothing was too much trouble, any queries or concerns were dealt with straight away. Charlie our multi skilled fitter was absolutely brilliant, even down to having to deal with a 7 month old puppy who wouldn't leave him alone. Lee our electrician was also brilliant and efficient. Last bout no means least our decorator who was so good i didn't even get his name he was that quick. All the team was polite, tidy, efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. A new walk in shower, toilet, wash basin and flooring was fitted together with appropriate handrails. The work was carried out while I took my mother away on holiday, leaving the keys with QA. Mitchell did a great job with the design and the pictures of what the finished product would look like. Jonathan who fitted everything did an excellent job. We had excellent service all through the process of having two difficult bathrooms in small spaces redone. We found QA in Wolverhampton, given it's prime location and easy parking. Shaun looked after us - visiting us and redesigning two really unusual spaces - redoing an old downstairs cloakroom and converting an upstairs loo into a shower room. Shaun sourced all the Victorian/Edwardian style items right down to the paneling and appropriate radiator valves. Our builders, Jordan and Adrian were challenged by the age of the 1920s house and did an excellent job. They respected our property, putting in temporary floor coverings amongst other things, conversed at every stage with us, were extremely polite and were a delight to have in the house. The house was left immaculate. Shaun called in on a regular basis to consult on anything we needed or required to change as these were not straight forward bathroom refits. He was always at the end of the 'phone for anything else. More importantly, we chose Shaun and his team as from our first meeting we were confident of their high standards and that QA provided all the contracting facilities under one roof; they took responsibility for the whole job, and if anything wasn't right they would fix it. Shaun had assured us that the after-service care would be there and it was! We didn't look any further for a comparable company for this reason, and the quote was reasonable and everything explained - no hidden costs to jump out on us later. Exceptional Service and Design from QA at Craven Arms. After two months of vague promises and minimal progress from another company, we turned to QA at Craven Arms for a complete bedroom en-suite renewal — and the difference was night and day. From our first meeting with Designer and Showroom Manager, Jack Sparkes, we received three fully costed design options — complete with 3D renderings and product visuals — in just over 48 hours. That level of responsiveness and clarity sealed the deal. Installation was completed in nine working days. Connor, QA’s multi-skilled installer, coordinated the plasterers and electrician with precision, delivering everything exactly as designed and on schedule. A couple of minor post-installation issues were swiftly resolved by Kyle, QA’s trouble-shooter, who ensured everything was finished to a high standard and that we were completely satisfied. His professionalism reflected the consistent quality we experienced throughout. QA at Craven Arms delivered what others couldn’t: clear communication, thoughtful design, and reliable execution. We would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at QA for the excellent service we received during the designing and fitting of our kitchen/ laundry. John at their Market Drayton branch was excellent, he was with us all the way over the 3 weeks from start to finish. We required a bespoke kitchen/ laundry fitted and this is why we chose QA. The fitting by Chris was excellent and Charlie who installed the quartz worktops and splashbacks was also excellent. If we were asked to give a score from 1 to 10 we definately give QA a 10. I originally went to Ironbridge Interiors for my fitted bedroom but after several incorrest measurements and bad design ideas I decided to switch to QA . Best decision unlike Ironbridge Interiors the whole team were brilliant from start to finish also the whole project is in house which is very reassuring . Added bonus from 1st contact to fitting was less than 6 weeks
